Stages Child Care Center is Hiring a Childcare Provider Near Strongsville, OH

Love working with children? Stages Childcare Center in Strongsville is now hiring full time and part time teachers. We are looking for enthusiastic hands on teachers who provide a fun, safe, educational and loving environment for children. Must be a team player, a multi-tasker, flexible, and love to make a difference in the lives of children.
High School Diploma required. Experience a plus

Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate children
- Ensure the well-being and physical safety of children at all times
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Follow established routines and schedules for meals, naps, and playtime
- Monitor and assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as diapering, toileting, and handwashing
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment

Experience:
- Knowledge of infant care practices, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and childhood development milestones
- Ability to engage children in educational activities that promote learning and creativity
- Strong caregiving skills, including the ability to provide emotional support and create a nurturing environment
